Als leefstijlcoach help ik je om stap voor stap bewuste keuzes te maken die écht passen bij jouw leven. We kijken naar wat je wilt veranderen, maar ook naar de gewoontes en gedachten die je dwarsbomen. Mijn aanpak is persoonlijk, praktisch en zonder oordeel.
Door mijn jarenlange werk- en woonervaring in onder andere Zwitserland, China en India, heb ik een brede blik ontwikkeld. Ik begrijp hoe sterk je omgeving je leefstijl beïnvloedt en verplaats me makkelijk in verschillende manieren van leven en werken.
